Reiki Drum Healing and Journeying

Reiki is an ancient healing art and means “Universal Spirit” it includes channelling universal healing energy for the client and works in a holistic way, healing mind, body and spirit.

Drumming is a powerful and ancient healing art that has been used by indigenous people and shamans of all traditions worldwide, including; British, Irish, Celt, Native American, Siberian Tuvans, Laps, North African Arabic Tribes and Mongolians in their ritual and healing ceremonies to support people through all stages and transitions in their life.

Drums are used the world over in births, deaths, marriages, healing ceremonies, celebrations and support us through the passages of times. The drum is like the heartbeat, the rhythm of life.

Many studies have been done detailing the therapeutic effects of drumming with a wide range of people and conditions, issues, including; Alzheimers, Addiction, Studies have shown when we integrate Reiki and Drumming, we utilise the principles of energy and sound therapy, channelling the healing intent and energy through the sound or voice of the drum. These sound and energy waves work through the energy field and the subtle and physical levels of the body, reducing stress and cortisol levels and producing relaxing brain rhythms, thus stimulating your bodies own natural painkillers, endorphins.

Reiki Drum Healing

During your session you will sit or lie down comfortably and I will drum and support you in your healing process. Reiki Drum Healing is holistic, working on mind, body, spirit and can be received for any illness, dis-ease or trauma you are experiencing. Reiki Drum is a sound and energy therapy and is a great energetic workout for the body, and offers cellular healing, raising your vibration and the vibratory rate of your cells.

Reiki Drum Mental Reprogramming

The Reiki Drum technique is a powerful tool for healing negative or unwanted habits or behaviours and developing new ways of being. These sessions support you in releasing root causes, taking you into an altered state and connecting with your subconscious programs, allowing for reprogramming and setting up positive and health enhancing patterns to be established. During your session we will work with intent to release and transform these unwanted patterns, whilst I Reiki Drum over your body, I will then support you in integrating and anchoring these changes in your body by way of hands on Reiki.

Reiki Drum Journeying

Become your own Shaman, allow me to guide and support you with the Reiki Drum as you learn to journey for guidance, insight, clarity, for personal healing and resources, to connect with your Spirit Guide, Power Animal, Angels and Ascended Masters or any issue or challenge you are currently experiencing. I will then channel Reiki to integrate and anchor your healing journey.

Monthly Reiki Drum Shares will be held in Bournemouth, combining the power of group Reiki Drumming and Reiju Empowerments with Reiki healing practice. The evening will include, Meditation, Journey, Healing, Reiki Practice. Please email or call if interested.
