Kim and Lorenzo

We had an amazing few days teaching Theta Healing in Somerset. I never cease to be blown away by the heart and soul connections and healing that takes place.

I felt held in a beautiful divine energy throughout the entire 3 days, and was blessed to be able to channel that divine love and healing to the students. There were tears, there was much laughter, as students learnt how to connect to source, with their guardian angels, spirits, ancestors, to clear childhood programming, past lives, ancestral lineage.  We cleared many limiting beliefs including Beggars can’t be choosers. (Turned out she was a beggar too, so of course we cleared that as well)  and the students now having graduated will continue to evolve and progress as they continue on their own healing journey and also begin to share what they have learned with others.

I was blessed to be able to connect with Spirit and through my mediumship share amazing evidence from spirit and witness the most wonderful 4 way communication and healing which offered the students proof beyond a shadow of doubt of the souls existence and souls journey.

I was also blessed to meet one of my students horses, who taught me a very powerful lesson.  Now as you know I love horses and horses usually love me. Andy my partner as some of you know is a certified photographer and was going to take some portrait pictures. I was dressed up in my teaching attire and after Andy had taken some pictures Jo offered me to hold Lorenzo, he really is a beautiful boy, he was smiling and showing us his teeth, as his lip curls up when he’s tickled. He also gave us hugs and kisses. Unfortunately, just as I took the leading rope. he spooked following some noise from the children over the hedge.  I don’t know why but I instinctively held onto the rope, (must have been some throwback instinct from my riding days) and was dragged over into the mud, receiving muddy legging and wet knickers and suffering a nasty rope burn on my finger.  (say aahh! or laugh I did!) If you look closely at the picture you’ll spot the dirt on my hand and top.

Whilst I had good intentions and didn’t want for Lorenzo to get hurt, he would have been safe if I had let go.  So the moral of the story here is sometimes it’s best to let go!   Funny really as I was teaching and supporting others how to do a lot of letting go and clearing.

So my coaches question to you is what are you holding onto that no longer serves you, in your life or your business?  Where do you have trouble letting go?  How do you stop holding on?  Let us know your experiences and insights by commenting on the blog below and if you need support in letting go, so that you can live your dreams, or if you’re interested to find out more about theta healing, drop me an email.  I’d love to coach/mentor you.
