You’ve no doubt heard the phrase that the money’s in the list, right?  Of course this is true, for every business needs clients/customers to buy their services and a system for communicating with them.

To build a list you first need to have a third party Newsletter provider that will allow you to create an opt-in form on your website, to build your list and then follow up and communicate your news, articles, tips and resources and of course your best offers.

There are many around and it is important to set up one that will allow you to grow your business and will integrate with other processes like shopping carts that you may well need now or later on. Not all services integrate with these products and if you have to change your provider later on, you often risk losing the list that you have built up, so it’s important to get this right from the off.

Once you have your newsletter provider you will want to set up a Free Gift, this should be something that adds value to your potential clients/customers.  This may be a free report, audio, or e-course, that is delivered automatically via auto-responder, once they have opted in to your community.

Now you are ready to promote your services and invite people to party with you.
